Homemade Parsley Tea for Heartburn
Drinking a cup of parsley tea after a meal will aid your digestion. Both the roots as well as the leaves of fresh parsley are suitable to brew yourself a nice cup of tea, but bear in mind that the roots are more powerful than the leaves. If you use any more than a few sprigs then you may find that your tea is undrinkable.
Very simply, all you need to do is steep a few sprigs of parsley in very hot water for a few minutes. Once the water becomes a little cooler, you can sit back, relax and enjoy a nice cup of parsley tea, knowing that your heartburn/acid reflux should be soothed in a little while.
