Heartburn/Acid Reflux Recipes - CHILI

If you really adore chili but think that it's impossible to eat without going through the heartburn/acid reflux afterwards, then you should know that it's possible to make lighter versions which are less likely to trigger heartburn/acid reflux.

Simply substitute chicken broth for the tomatoes and cut down on the pepper, or use lemon pepper instead of regular pepper. Also, if you use chili flavored chips, rather than chili peppers, you'll still get the hot taste but reduce the chance of heartburn/acid reflux.
